Log Cabin Syrup

Gay Republicans? Don't like them. To be honest I don't think much about politics and almost never talk about it. But I figure I have to make minimal elaboration.
The first time I heard of won't I instantly disapproved because I believe in redistribution of wealth. Not to me but to the disabled, the sick, victims of social injustice. Tax rich people and corporations. Do it for fun. Back in the 70s to me a gay Republican was someone who cared more about his wallet than his fellow gay men and women. A traitor if you will.
As the Republican party became increasingly aligned with the religious right in the 80s it seemed even more repulsive to even indirectly support men like Dick Army, Tom Delay and Jesse Helms. The idea of working from within has always seemed like weasel logic.
